Monthly Raffle - Elite Experience Gala

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
    • To participate in the monthly raffle, guests must meet the following criteria: 
    1. They must have completed a stay at any of our properties, including Reizz Residences, Msuite, or The Establishment, booked through either Airbnb or Booking.com.
    2. They must have submitted a review with a perfect score, specifically a 5/5 on Airbnb or a 10/10 on Booking.com, for their stay on the respective booking platform.
    2. Raffle Entries:
      • Each booking equals one raffle entry. Multiple bookings result in multiple entries.

      3. Raffle Draw:
        • The raffle draw will take place on a monthly basis. 
        • Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries.

        4. Prize:
          • The prize consists of 5 economy plane tickets to country destinations decided by Nowhere Suites.
          • The destination and travel dates will be determined by Nowhere Suites. 
          • Eligible winners may select their travel date exclusively from the range of dates provided by Nowhere Suites. Additionally, any flight costs associated with this travel must not exceed RM400.
          • Each winner can only receive one flight ticket.

           

          5. Participation Period:

          • The raffle period runs monthly.
          • Bookings and reviews during a specific month will be considered for that month's raffle.

          6. Prize Redemption
            • Winners will be notified via whatsapp or the booking platform associated with their booking.
            • Winners must respond within two weeks from the raffle draw to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
            • The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative reward.
            7. Travel Arrangements:
            • Nowhere Suites will arrange the travel details, including destination and travel dates.
            8. Publicity:
              • Winners may be announced on Nowhere Suite's website or social media platforms.

              9. Privacy:
                • Personal information collected for the raffle will be used solely for the purpose of the raffle and will not be shared with third parties.

                10. Modification and Termination:

                  Nowhere Suites reserves the right to modify or terminate the raffle at any time without notice.


                  By participating in the monthly raffle, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.


                  Nowhere Suites reserves the right to interpret and apply these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
