NOWHERE PASS TERM & CONDITION

  • Apply for everyday except for Public Holiday. Public Holiday is subject to availability and applicable for additional charges.
  • The NowHere Pass cannot be sold, bartered, assigned or transferred to another person. Any attempt to transfer the NowHere Pass or book the staycation using the NowHere Pass for someone other than the holder of the NowHere Pass will result in immediate forfeiture of the NowHere Pass.
  • Upon purchasing the NowHere Pass, the guest shall have the right to book and experience at 4 different properties for these 5 nights only (continuous stay is not compulsory), subject to full and final payment of any applicable charges.
  • Top up for room upgrade is subject to availability.
  • The NowHere Pass is non-refundable. 
  • Each NowHere holder can purchase maximum 2 times of NowHere Pass.

Validity

  1. NowHere Pass Purchase Period: 02/04/2020 – 20/04/2020
    (Limited Time Offer only)
  2. Staycation Period: Stay before 31/12/2020
  3. The Staycation Period of the NowHere Pass shall not be extended. Redemption of bookings earlier than the applicable Staycation Period or later than the applicable Staycation Period is not allowed.
  4. For the avoidance of doubt, no refund will be given for any unutilised NowHere Pass purchased.

Redeeming the NowHere Pass

    1. WhatsApp us at +6017-9899670 for the redemption.
      Kindly provide us:
      i) Booking Name
      ii) Promo Code (from Email) 
      iii) Check in & Check out Date 
      iv) Property
    2. The NowHere Pass cannot be redeemed through travel agents.
    3. To redeem the NowHere Pass, the guest shall ensure the booking details are correct. Date change is not allowed once the stay date is confirmed.
    4. A promo code will be provided for each booking under the NowHere Pass. 
    5. Booking must be made at least fourteen (14) days before arrival, the NowHere Pass does not guarantee availability on any particular date, subject to room availability.
    6. The NowHere Pass is redeemable only on 4 properties of Nowhere:
      i) EST @ Bangsar (Studio Loft only)
      ii) Dupion @ Cheras (Two Bedroom only)
      iii) Vivo @ Old Klang Road (Studio only)
      iv) Opus @ Jalan Talalla (Two Bedroom only)
